Guest Speaker Lavenia Kitchen is an Army Veteran with a BA in Science Management. Lavenia is the Supplier Diversity Program Liaison for Sikorsky, a Lockheed Martin Corporation and has been with the company for 6 years. In this role, Lavenia is responsible for the management of the Supplier Diversity program at Sikorsky, handling the identification and engagement of diverse suppliers. This includes the establishment of processes, goals, and objectives to maximize Lockheed Martin’s utilization of small businesses through subcontracting and partnering initiatives.
