The SBA and VA continue to work together on the transfer of VA’s Center for Verification and Evaluation’s (CVE) functions to the SBA. All functions will be transferred to the SBA by January 1, 2023.
If you are a self-certified SDVOSB, please consider completing the verification process through the VA now before the transfer is effective. You can start this process at this site: https://vetbiz.va.gov/vip/. Otherwise, self-certified SDVOSBs will receive a one-year grace period following the transfer, and applicants during this period will maintain eligibility until SBA reviews the application.
