Mr. Ali has over 30 years of military, federal government, and civilian experience in engineering, information technology, cybersecurity, and project/program management. While serving, Ahmed worked on various aspects of engineering, fire control radar, weapons systems, electronic warfare, and communications.

Ms. Atallah counsels employers and their compliance professionals in a broad range of labor and employment matters, including employment discrimination, wage and hour, family and medical leave, labor union negotiations and grievances, executive compensation, and reductions in force.

Ms. Larkin is a nationally recognized federal contract business development expert. She is the author of The Basic Guide to Government Contracting and the co-author of The Veterans Business Guide: How to Build a Successful Government Contracting Business. TargetGov clients have won over $10 billion in federal contracts.

Richard Pineda is responsible for establishing and overseeing the company’s strategic direction; establishing corporate policies; and managing the overall business, financial performance, and CALIBRE’s long-term growth.  Mr. Pineda comes to CALIBRE through the company’s recent acquisition of Spear, Inc., a professional Information Technology (IT) solutions provider.

Ms. Buehler provides executive leadership for all aspects of the Army's small business mission, including advocacy and outreach for all small business programs, development and dissemination of policies and procedures for execution of small business functions, and oversight for the execution of the small business program at the Army’s contracting activities--equating to more than $20 billion dollars of annual spending.

Mr. Jarboe is a Certified export compliance professional – ITAR and seasoned Program Manager and International Cooperative/Foreign Military Sales negotiator at the Program Office, State, and DoD levels. His expertise encompasses managing, coordinating, and harmonizing talks between foreign countries and the U.S. military during all phases of program development, configuration control, and delivery and post-production maintenance/support.

Dr. West is a senior financial leader with 22 years of expertise in capital markets, debt markets, IPO readiness, and global mergers & acquisitions (M&A). He is dedicated to the administrative, financial, and risk management operation of the organization.

Ms. Raheb possesses 23 years of professional experience. In this position, Ms. Raheb identifies strategic initiatives to help Lockheed Martin achieve its supplier diversity goals and objectives to maximize the corporation’s utilization of small businesses through subcontracting and partnering initiatives.

Bede Ramcharan retired in 2000 after 22 years from the U.S. Army as a Service-Disabled Veteran. He founded Indatatech, a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Global Supply Chain Solutions Company that has performed work in over 12 countries and has operations ongoing in over 13 states.

Ms. Geiger is responsible for the overall deployment, development and success of supplier diversity strategies and initiatives for Boeing, the world’s largest aerospace company and leading manufacturer of commercial jetliners and defense, space and security systems.
